Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the construction accounting team.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, including organizing and reviewing related documents.
• Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and other parties to obtain required documents, releases, and missing information.
• Track outstanding items, review documents for completeness, and help the team catch up on backlogged work.
