Job summary

Our client, a growing construction company, seeks an Accounting Administrator to support day-to-day AP and AR functions and help drive accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has hands-on accounting experience in construction or project accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in construction or project accounting
• Experience with AP and AR data entry and processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices
• Record and post Accounts Receivable transactions
• Assist with payment processing and collections follow-up
• Handle AIA, Job Cost tasks
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding account inquiries
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed
