Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience processing invoices and reconciling statements.
• Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow consistent processes.
• Dependable with a stable work history.
• Comfortable working independently in a small office environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process invoices submitted by email, ensuring accuracy and readiness for payment.
• Reconcile vendor and subcontractor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with subcontractors regarding invoices, documentation, insurance records, preliminary notices, and lien releases.
• Manage accounts payable email correspondence, follow-up tasks, and related documentation.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized accounting records.
• Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed in a small office environment.
