Job summary

Crescent Electric is seeking a Construction Account Manager to build and maintain solid long-term relationships with customers in the field. You will drive sales and gross margin goals, prospect and solicit orders, and tailor solutions to customer needs.

You will develop account plans in Crescent’s CRM, perform in-person calls, price bills of materials, and collaborate with suppliers. A bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience are required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 4 years of related experience in wholesale electrical distribution or construction sales.
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with construction customers and suppliers.
• Meet sales and gross margin goals; prospect and solicit orders.
• Develop account plans in Crescent’s CRM.
• Provide pricing for bills of materials and product recommendations.
• Attend in-person sales calls and introduce new products.
