Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred or related AP/AR experience.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
• Proficiency in Foundation Software preferred but not required.
• Experience with cost reporting in the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing email inbox and verify invoices.
• Address discrepancies found during invoice verification.
• Assist in month-end close processes.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and reconcile statements.
• Process employee expense reports.
• Maintain W-9 and insurance paperwork for vendors.
• Track rented equipment locations and submission deadlines in Smartsheet.
• Review subcontractor pay applications before releasing funds.
• Prepare monthly progress billings ensuring accuracy.
