Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or accounting operations.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Foundation ERP or a similar construction-focused accounting system.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile vendor, supplier, and subcontractor invoices.
• Manage monthly billing schedules and customer billing applications.
• Coordinate with project managers to verify billings and supporting documentation.
• Track receivables, payments, outstanding balances, and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor compliance records, including W-9s, insurance certificates, and lien waivers.
