Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in ComputerEase and Raken.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Code and enter invoices, expense reports, and check requests into accounting software in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents.
• Complete credit applications.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit and update vendor insurance coverage.
• Follow directions of AP Specialist in support of timely vendor payments.
• Assist in maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
• Answer incoming AP inquiries by phone and email.
