Qualifications

• 2+ years of combined accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookups and pivot tables).
• Accurate data entry and 10-key skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with field staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly progress billings, AIA G702/G703 pay apps, and time-and-material invoices; maintain billing backup and lien/notice documentation.
• Match invoices to POs, resolve discrepancies, process subcontractor invoices and ensure correct job costing.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACHs, apply cash receipts, and reconcile vendor statements.
• Set up vendors, maintain W-9s and insurance certificates, and assist with 1099s.
• Cross-train to support weekly certified payroll reporting and month-end close reconciliations.
