McCree General Contractors and Architects, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Accounting Department.
The role reports to the Controller and supports multiple divisions and related entities on AP and invoicing for construction and design projects. The ideal candidate has an accounting/finance degree or related experience, plus strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
McCree General Contractors and Architects is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to be a key member of the team’s Accounting Department. We work on a variety of construction projects and manage jobs from design to completion. The candidate will report directly to the Controller.
Accounting / Finance degree or related specialty preferred or 5 years’ experience.
One-year experience in construction industry a plus.
Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Excel.
Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
None required.
Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be available during normal office hours and job hours that may vary depending upon other established duties and responsibilities.
