Orange County Property seeks a Specialist I, Constituent Services in Orlando, FL to serve residents and local businesses by delivering property information through phone, email, and in person. You will prepare exemption applications and assist with data entry and document processing.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in customer service, an AA degree or equivalent, and the ability to learn regulatory procedures quickly. Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole is a plus.

Formación

• Two years of customer service experience.
• An Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and two years of PA or related experience.
• Ability to rapidly acquire and retain knowledge of administrative regulations and procedures.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish, and/or Creole preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide constituent service to residents and businesses via telephone, email, and in person.
• Process exemptions applications and complete required forms.
• Greet and assist lobby constituents and triage appointments.
• Enter taxpayer information and notes into our systems.
• Meet productivity metrics and attend professional development courses.
