The California Conservation Corps (CCC) Solano Center invites applications for Conservationist I, a frontline leadership role overseeing a crew of young adults (Corpsmembers) ages 18-25, delivering environmental restoration projects in both remote and urban settings from Fairfield.

Reporting to the Conservationist Supervisor, you will mentor, train, and evaluate the team, ensure safe work habits, manage field operations, and respond to state emergencies such as wildfires and floods.

• Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate a crew of Corpsmembers aged 18–25.
• Instruct, motivate, and develop safe work habits and valuable skills.
• Oversee field operations on conservation projects in remote and urban settings.
• Respond to state emergencies, including wildfires, floods and other disasters.
