Job summary

• Experience operating trucks and trailers.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of conservation practices.
• Ability to perform strenuous work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to obtain Standard First Aid and CPR within 2 months.
• Clean DMV record and ability to pass driving exam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 6-8 Natural Resources Corpsmembers and support their professional development.
• Lead field projects including habitat restoration, fire fuel reduction, creek maintenance, invasive species removal, and trail construction/maintenance.
• Provide training on tools, teamwork, leadership, and workplace communication and conduct quarterly performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and document progress and learning accomplishments.
