Job summary

Southern California Mountains Foundation is seeking an UCCIE Supervisor to lead the Urban Conservation Corps of the Inland Empire. You will supervise corpsmembers, guide field projects, ensure safety protocols, and communicate with managers and partners to deliver conservation and recycling work.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills and the ability to work with diverse youth. This is a full-time, on-site position with core hours 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Thursday–Monday in San

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Two years of experience in a conservation corps, public land management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise corpsmembers on conservation and recycling projects in the field.
• Coordinate daily crew logistics, tools, vehicles, and safety gear.
• Serve as on-site liaison to managers, sponsors, clients and partners.
