Job summary

Los Angeles Conservation Corps is seeking an Experienced Crew Supervisor to lead a team of 5–9 youth (ages 14–18) on conservation and service projects in East Los Angeles. You will supervise field work, ensure safety, and manage equipment and reports while connecting with sponsors and partners.

Responsibilities include guiding training, coordinating schedules, and delivering quality results across park construction and trail work, with up to 50% travel and a day shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA/BA preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train youth aged 14‑18.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reports.
• Must hold California Driver’s License with possible endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and supervise crews of 5–9 youth aged 14‑18.
• Coordinate and implement service projects (trail work, park construction).
• Ensure safety, equipment maintenance and project quality.
• Provide daily/monthly progress reports and track hours.
• Schedule crews and liaise with partner agencies and sponsors.
