Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 35 miles for some locations.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and create a welcoming store environment.
• Develop product knowledge to educate customers and recommend solutions.
• Assist with billing, service questions, and payments; resolve issues promptly.
• Represent Optimum as a brand ambassador and deliver excellent customer experiences.
