Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail selling experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• Travel up to 35 miles may be required and discussed at interview.
• Standing for prolonged periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connection builder: engage customers, listen to needs, and provide guidance on products and services.
• Store Expert: stay updated on products and educate customers on options.
• Problem Solver: assist with billing and service questions, process payments and troubleshoot issues.
• Brand Ambassador: represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Team Builder: collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
