Job summary

Optimum is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in New Jersey. You will build connections with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the best connectivity solutions while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You will handle billing questions, process payments, and troubleshoot basic issues, representing Optimum with integrity and enthusiasm in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail selling experience required (minimum 1 year).
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
• Proficient computer and technical skills for customer solutions.
• Ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and guidance on products.
• Educate customers about options and upsell where appropriate.
• Resolve billing or service questions and process payments.
