Job summary

Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Supervisor to lead our national Conflicts Department. The role directs conflicts analysts, manages workflow, and ensures timely completion of requests while upholding firm policies. The position is hybrid, with remote options available as needed.

You will train staff, review work for accuracy, and act as SME on conflicts procedures and systems such as Intapp or Aderant. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of law-firm conflicts experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Experience conducting conflict searches, research, analysis, and resolution support.
• Experience using conflict systems (Intapp, Aderant) and intake software.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership and supervision to Conflicts Analysts and staff.
• Reviews conflicts work product for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Delivers training, coaching, and professional development.
• Serves as SME for conflicts procedures and system functionality.
