Job summary

Lewis Brisbois in Houston seeks a Conflicts Supervisor to lead the Conflicts Department, supervise Analysts, assign and review work, and ensure timely, accurate conflicts handling. You will mentor staff, oversee QA, and coordinate with attorneys on procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of law firm conflicts experience.
• Experience conducting conflict searches, research, analysis, and conflict resolution support.
• Experience using Intapp, Aderant, or other law firm conflicts and intake software.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to Conflicts Analysts and other assigned personnel, including assignment, prioritization, monitoring, and review of work product.
• Reviews and audits conflicts work product for accuracy, completeness, quality assurance, and compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development to Conflicts Analysts and newly hired personnel.
• Serves as a subject matter resource for Conflicts Analysts, attorneys, and Firm personnel regarding conflicts procedures, conflicts system functionality, and departmental processes.
