Job summary

Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Conflicts Attorney in San Francisco to review conflicts reports for new matters and hires. The role emphasizes identifying conflicts, resolving issues, and maintaining clear records with the Office of General Counsel’s Conflicts Department. The position is hybrid with remote opportunities.

You should have a JD and bar admission, 3+ years in a large law firm, and strong communication and discretion. Aderant Expert experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm
• At least one (1) year of lateral hire conflicts checks preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and analytical abilities
• Experience with Aderant Expert is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflicts check reports for new matters and hires
• Identify potential conflicts issues and work to resolve/clear conflicts of interest
• Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to ensure conflicts clearance
• Support conflicts resolution processes and maintain accurate records
