Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP seeks a Conflicts Attorney to join the Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. The role reviews conflicts check reports for new matters, lateral hires, and staff hires, and identifies and resolves conflicts of interest.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD with active bar admission and have at least three years of experience in a large firm, with familiarity with Aderant Expert. Hybrid work with remote options is available.

Qualificações

• JD and active bar admission in good standing
• At least three (3) years of Conflicts Attorney experience in a large law firm
• Experience with lateral hire conflicts checks preferred, not required

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze conflicts check reports for new matters, lateral hires, and staff hires.
• Identify potential conflicts issues and communicate resolutions with firm attorneys and staff.
• Resolve conflicts of interest and clear conflicts using the established processes.
• Operate with discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive data.
