Job summary

Lewis Brisbois seeks a Conflicts Attorney to review and analyze conflicts check reports for new matters, lateral hires, and staff hires. You will identify conflicts issues and collaborate with firm attorneys to resolve conflicts of interest, using Aderant Expert software where applicable.

The position is hybrid with fully remote options available; compensation ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, with strong benefits and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• JD with active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum three years as a conflicts attorney in a large law firm.
• Experience with lateral hire conflicts checks preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflicts check reports for new matters, lateral hires, and staff hires.
• Identify conflicts issues and work with firm attorneys to resolve and clear conflicts of interest.
• Operate within the conflicts resolution process supported by Aderant Expert.
