Job summary

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a Conflicts Attorney in the Conflicts Department of the Office of General Counsel. You will review conflicts reports for new matters, lateral hires, and staff hires, identifying conflicts and working with attorneys to clear them.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm.
• 1+ year of lateral hire conflicts checks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflicts check reports for new firm matters, lateral attorney hires, and staff hires.
• Identify potential conflicts and work with attorneys and staff to resolve and clear conflicts of interest.
• Utilize Aderant Expert to support the conflicts resolution process.
