Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a conflicts attorney in a large law firm.
• Experience with lateral hire conflicts checks preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflicts check reports for new matters and hires.
• Identify potential conflicts issues and coordinate resolution with attorneys and staff.
• Support conflicts resolution workflow using Aderant Expert.
