Job summary

Procopio seeks a Conflicts Assistant (Part-Time) in Downtown San Diego. You will support the conflicts team by handling preliminary conflicts requests, maintaining client and matter data, and performing administrative tasks. The role requires strong MS Office skills and the ability to collaborate with attorneys daily.

Hybrid in-office schedule with opportunities to grow within a renowned law firm culture that values diversity and inclusion. Prior exposure to Intapp is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office Suite is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute preliminary conflicts requests and process client and matter maintenance.
• Correspond with attorneys to obtain information on new and ongoing matters.
• Provide administrative support and learn new technology and systems.
