Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP seeks a Conflicts Assistant to work with the conflicts team on preliminary conflicts requests and client/matter maintenance. The role handles administrative tasks and projects and requires comfort with learning new technology and systems.

Based in the Downtown San Diego office with a hybrid in-office schedule, the ideal candidate has strong MS Office skills, familiarity with Intapp is a plus, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Intapp is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute preliminary conflicts requests and process client and matter maintenance.
• Collaborate with conflicts team and attorneys daily to obtain matter information.
• Handle administrative tasks and adapt to new technology and systems.
• Maintain timely follow-up and follow-through on projects.
