Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and one year of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or similar analyst experience) required.
In lieu of bachelor's degree, five years of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or similar analyst experience) required.
Excellent oral and written business communication skills; prior exposure to international business correspondence is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Strong analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

Respond to lawyer and staff requests to perform conflicts of interest searches.
Review information submitted by lawyers and support staff for completion and accuracy; follow-up as needed.
Research corporate history of clients and parties; search websites for corporate affiliations.
