Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking talented compliance lawyers to join our US Compliance team. The role focuses on reviewing conflict-of-interest checks for prospective lateral hires and resolving conflicts to enable lateral hiring.

The team collaborates globally across jurisdictions and often involves after-hours work. The position reports to an Assistant Deputy General Counsel, Compliance and may be performed remotely from any state with an firm office.

Qualifikationen

• Must be admitted to practice law in at least one US state.
• Strong knowledge of US conflicts rules and professional ethics.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior analysts and coordinate workflow.

Aufgaben

• Advise partners and the Global Compliance Team on conflicts of interest, including legal and commercial considerations.
• Supervise workflows and the work of at least two Compliance Analysts.
• Interact with management and legal teams to resolve conflicts in the context of new matter intake and lateral hires.
• Manage a docket of 15–30 ongoing conflict matters and drive issues to full resolution.
• Prepare conflict reports for prospective lateral hires with analysis and proposed solutions.
• Assist with enforcement of Norton Rose Fulbright's Global Practice Standards on stock dealing, sanctions, and privacy issues.
• Liaise daily with global compliance teams across regions.
