Job summary

Quivera Enterprises LLC in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager - Intermediate to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs, projects, and operational initiatives. You will manage CCM processes, coordinate stakeholders across government, business, and vendors, and ensure compliance with NIST/DOI/IA/OIT requirements.

In addition to CCM expertise, the role requires substantive experience in at least one complementary IT

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of project management experience.
Current PMP certification.
Demonstrated experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management in an enterprise IT environment.
Experience with CMDBs, configuration repositories, or enterprise CMDB systems.
Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Hands-on experience leading Program Increment (PI) Planning activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain the OIT Configuration Management Plan and related documentation.
Coordinate change-control activities from intake through closure, including CI baselining and audits.
Coordinate release-management activities using automated and manual tools.
Facilitate CCB meetings, document decisions, and track actions and approvals.
Collaborate with CORs, Federal Task Leads, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and delivery.
