Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to support IA/OIT programs and contracts. The role focuses on CCM, release management, and coordinating stakeholders across government, business, and technical teams.

Ideal candidates will bring PMP certification, deep CCM expertise, and hands-on experience with CMDBs, Agile/Waterfall methods, and PI Planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management experience.
• Experience with CMDBs or enterprise CM systems.
• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CCM plans and processes per NIST/DOI/IA/OIT requirements.
• Coordinate change-control and release activities with stakeholders.
• Facilitate CCB meetings and document decisions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
