Job summary

Quivera Enterprises, through Wichita Tribal Enterprises, is seeking an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. You will manage CCM processes, coordinate change and release activities, and ensure compliance with NIST/DOI/IA requirements.

This role requires strong PM skills, CMDB knowledge, and experience with Quality & Test Management or BA/Requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience with CMDBs or equivalent systems.
• Strong Agile and Waterfall PM experience.
• Hands-on PI Planning leadership.
• PMI/PMBOK knowledge and federal IT basics.
• Experience in Quality & Test Management or IT Asset Management or Business Analysis & Requirements Management.
• Ability to coordinate across government, vendors, and teams.
• Ability to obtain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the OIT CCM plan and processes per NIST, DOI, IA, and OIT requirements.
• Support CCM activities using CMDBs, repositories, enterprise systems, and manual processes.
• Coordinate change-control from intake through closure.
• Coordinate release-management activities.
• Develop CCM reports, dashboards, metrics, and artifacts.
• Facilitate CCB meetings and document decisions.
• Manage project plans, schedules, governance artifacts, and status reports.
• Lead PI Planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with CORs, vendors, and stakeholders for delivery.
• Ensure alignment with federal policies and contract requirements.
