Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an experienced Change Control & Configuration Manager – Intermediate to support IA and OIT programs. You will manage CCM processes and coordinate CCB activities to ensure compliance with NIST, DOI, IA, and OIT requirements.

Working with CORs, federal leads, vendors and stakeholders, you will oversee baselines, audits, and release activities, integrating quality, asset management, and business analysis disciplines to

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience.
• Current PMP certification.
• Experience with Change Control, Configuration Management, and/or Release Management.
• Experience with CMDBs and configuration records.
• Knowledge of PMI/PMBOK.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on PI Planning experience.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• U.S. Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the OIT Configuration Management Plan and related docs per NIST/DOI/IA/OIT requirements.
• Support configuration management using CMDBs and repositories.
• Coordinate change-control activities from intake to closure, and release management.
• Facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings and track actions.
• Document CCB decisions and track changes to implementation.
• Develop CCM reports, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate with IT Asset Management, Quality Management, security, and other teams.
