Cheeca Lodge & Spa in the Florida Keys seeks a dedicated Conference Services Manager to lead corporate events and meetings at a luxury resort. You will orchestrate planning, logistics, and seamless execution for high-profile clients.

From tours to on-site coordination, you’ll partner with culinary teams, venues like the Islamorada Ballroom and Spa Island, and our team to tailor every moment, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in event management or planning for meetings and corporate events.
• Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
• Excellent organization and communication; able to manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of conferences, corporate meetings, and special events.
• Serve as main point of contact for meeting planners and corporate clients, from tours to final coordination.
• Design events using diverse venues, from Islamorada Ballroom to Spa Island, tailored to requirements.
• Facilitate team bonding activities leveraging location and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to provide on-site dining experiences tailored to each event.
• Ensure meticulous setup, execution, and breakdown of events with high standards of elegance and efficiency.
