Job summary

Isla Bella Beach Resort and Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort are seeking a Conference Services Manager to lead event planning and execution across both Marathon properties. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients from contract turnover through event delivery, ensuring seamless meetings, weddings, and conferences while maximizing guest value.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in conference services, event planning, or hotel operations.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Experience managing weddings, conferences, or large-scale events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead event planning and client management across both Isla Bella Beach Resort and Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort.
• Oversee on-site execution of meetings, weddings, conferences, and group events; coordinate logistics and timelines.
• Identify upselling opportunities, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue.
