Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a Conference Services & Events Manager for Isla Bella Beach Resort and Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in Marathon, FL. You will lead planning and execution of weddings, meetings, conferences, and group events, coordinating with clients and resort teams to turn contracts into memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include creating BEOs, managing timelines, upselling opportunities, and overseeing event logistics from site visits to on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, conference services, catering, weddings, banquets, hotel sales, or hospitality operations.
• Hotel or resort event experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience coordinating weddings, meetings, conferences, or group events is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Sales-minded with upselling opportunities and familiarity with BEOs or event mgmt systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact from contract turnover through event execution.
• Coordinate event details with resort teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Create and maintain BEOs, timelines, group resumes, and event documentation.
• Oversee catering, room setups, AV, guest accommodations, and special requests.
• Lead pre-convention and on-site meetings; respond to changes calmly.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue while meeting client goals.
