Job summary

Jekyll Island Club Resort is seeking a Catering Conference Service Manager to coordinate and service all group bookings, with some social and wedding events as assigned. You will work across hotel services to respond to guest inquiries and ensure seamless event execution.

Ideal candidates will have strong guest-relations skills, knowledge of function spaces, and the ability to manage multiple events while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Coordination and servicing of all group bookings along with some social/wedding events.
• Familiarization with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
• Effectively handle multiple events.
