Jekyll Island Club Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong hospitality skills, and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years restaurant management in a high-volume hotel restaurant.
• Experience in a similar size hotel: 40+ rooms; upscale independent hotel experience preferred.
• Strong skills in hiring, training and coaching great people.
• Dependable, organized with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and respond to manager feedback for growth.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership and F&B management to maintain standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership during service and address operational needs.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address questions or requests.
• Greet guests warmly and manage scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Train and coach team members to uphold service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and resort policies compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant environment.
• Support cost-control and monitor labor and expenses.
• Promote teamwork and a professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
