Key duties include maintaining knowledge of departmental policies, equipment, and function room capabilities, anticipating guest needs, and delivering exceptional service across all hotel spaces to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and service all group bookings and events as assigned by DOC.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, equipment, and banquet room setups.
• Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Familiarize with hotel services, spaces, and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Handle multiple events effectively and manage vendor and outside services.
