Valor Hospitality is seeking a Conference Services Manager to coordinate meetings and events, ensure flawless execution, and drive revenue through upselling while maintaining high-touch service. You will collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to guarantee seamless planning and delivery across departments.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, accurate billing, and post-event follow-up to identify future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform critical analysis and manage wide-range of information.
• Extensive knowledge of negotiating, catering sales, food & beverage, and sales procedures in hotel industry.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills for sales and marketing communications.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and organize complex projects.
• Professional communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate group events from contract to delivery ensuring hotel standards.
• Serve as main client contact from planning to post-event follow-up and on-site support.
• Maximize profitability through upselling menus, enhancements, and services; manage group billing.
• Prepare group resumes and BEOs; ensure cross-departmental communication.
• Maintain organized client information and ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
