Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel, corporate or conference center experience.
• Basic understanding of AV equipment.
• Ability to lift/move conference furniture and equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services for guests, visitors, and employees.
• Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
• Support day-to-day office operations including reception when needed.
• Liaise with IT for AV maintenance and with facilities/vendors.
