Valor is seeking a skilled events sales professional to plan and coordinate group meetings and room sales, driving revenue and market share. You will oversee catering, space, and vendor coordination, ensuring flawless execution across departments.

You will manage client relationships from planning through post-event follow-up, upsell offerings, and ensure client satisfaction with every detail and service.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and coordinate group meetings and events.
• Strong negotiation and client-facing sales skills in hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey event details clearly.
• Ability to manage budgets, billing, and profitability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, solicit, book and coordinate group meetings and room sales to meet revenue goals.
• Oversee development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
• Coordinate all aspects of groups: guest blocks, space, AV, menus, décor, transportation.
