Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Conference Services Manager to join our team. You will coordinate conference spaces, arrange banquet/catering, and meet with groups to discuss event requirements and contracts.

The role requires leadership in hotel sales with knowledge of revenue management, pricing guidance, and cross-department coordination to ensure flawless events and exceptional guest experiences. Evening/weekend flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills relative to hotel revenues.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conference rooms and event spaces for meetings and events.
• Organize banquet or catering services and plan AV needs.
• Meet with groups to discuss event requirements and sign contracts.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to execute planned events.
• Provide pricing guidance and maintain client loyalty.
