Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-driven Event Planning Manager to join our team. This role focuses on learning the hotel brand, driving customer loyalty, and delivering service excellence at every client experience.

You will identify new accounts, coordinate menus and decor, negotiate contracts to meet revenue goals, and ensure precise documentation of bookings and client communications. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with hospitality software.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy to drive loyalty and service excellence.
• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, site tours, and inquiries.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services for groups and events.
• Establish client base of organizations and corporate businesses to secure hotel business.
• Negotiate contracts, room rates, F&B, and services to meet revenue goals.
• Record bookings, maintain client communications, and complete reports.
