Schulte Hospitality Group in Oxford, MS is seeking a dynamic Conference Services Manager to lead conference and event services for groups and organizations at the hotel. You will coordinate spaces, organize catering and AV needs, and work with clients to plan successful meetings.

The role requires strong sales leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage pricing and service delivery across events, with a focus on client loyalty and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in progressive hotel sales with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conference rooms and event spaces and coordinate services for groups and organizations.
• Organize banquet or catering services, reserve audio-visual equipment and plan changes to event space.
• Meet with group representatives to discuss meeting or event requirements.
• Sign contractual agreements and keep records of communications.
• Monitor events and address problems to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide pricing and guidance with approval from leadership as needed.
