Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Catering Sales Manager to join our team. You will drive client acquisition, manage relationships, and lead sales efforts for corporate and group events across our portfolio.

The role requires strong communication, contract negotiation, and hotel-sales experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving revenue targets while working within our brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in hotel or conference catering/sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the hotel brand and strategy; drive customer loyalty to grow share of the account.
• Identify and solicit new accounts through calls, appointments, site tours, emails, and inquiries.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services when proposing groups and events.
• Establish client base of organizations and corporate businesses through direct sales efforts.
