Qualifications

• Hotel/venue experience preferred.
• Strong typing and accurate data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, log inquiries, and manage requests for catering and events.
• Type banquet event orders and convention resumes with cover letters.
• Prepare outgoing correspondence and mail brochures.
• Maintain filing systems and contracts daily.
• Attend to guests and assist with special requests.
