Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Clerk III / Lead in the US-DC area. The role involves conference room setup, receiving catering, and preparing food for delivery to meeting spaces, along with handling mail and interoffice tasks.

You will manage room reservations, coordinate facilities requests, ensure security for visitors, and support guests with information and amenities. The position requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of concierge experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of concierge experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Video conferencing experience is a plus.
• Ability to make independent decisions and advise on solutions to problems or issues.
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage conference room reservations, noting meeting times, attendees, and food/beverage orders.
• Coordinate facilities requests with IT, maintenance, mail, and other internal teams.
• Enforce security policies for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Assist guests and employees with way-finding and building information.
• Maintain high levels of customer care with a friendly, cooperative attitude.
• Handle large volumes of calls and emails promptly.
• Follow scripts and identify customer needs to provide solutions.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and prioritize activities.
• Build strong relationships across business units and adapt to changing guidelines.
• Resolve complex problems under supervision and assist in project coordination.
