Job summary

Canon USA & Affiliates in Irvine is seeking an entry‑level to mid‑level Administrative/Facilities support to help set up conference rooms, handle mail, and assist with light catering duties. Under general supervision, you will prepare rooms and ensure supplies are ready for meetings.

The role includes unloading deliveries, stocking pantries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely service. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are required, with overtime as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to operate routine office equipment (fax, scanner, copiers, etc.).
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms for scheduled meetings.
• Disassemble and store conference room furniture and equipment.
• Organize and distribute supplies to client employees.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Receive catering orders and prepare food for delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of catering orders.
• Maintain neatness of catering supplies and pantries.
• Clean conference rooms after meetings.
