Grand Traverse Resort and Spa in Traverse City, MI seeks a Reservations Agent to manage ongoing group contact from first inquiry through departure, including guiding conference room blocks and maximizing sales of rooms, golf, spa and restaurants on property.

Responsibilities include processing group contracts, maintaining files, communicating with group contacts, inputting reservations, handling billing, and supporting the Reservations Department with general clerical duties.

Formación

• Degree in hospitality, or the minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Traverse City area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process all incoming group booking contracts, including golf groups.
• Develop and maintain a group file from first contact to departure.
• Communicate with group contacts and establish a professional relationship throughout the engagement.
• Provide updated guest lists and counts to the group.
