Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking an Events Manager to contribute to world-class catering and event experiences. You will lead teams, coordinate large-scale events up to 500 rooms, and partner with sales to ensure superior guest satisfaction.

You will forecast production needs, manage contracts and event orders, and ensure compliance with hotel policies while mentoring staff and delivering profitable, memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a teamwork-focused environment that drives performance, feedback, recognition, and staff satisfaction.
• Manage rooms-only business and events with up to 500 rooms at peak.
• Forecast production numbers based on groups assigned to you.
• Deliver high service levels to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Meet and entertain assigned group customers with the sales team.
• Conduct site tours of banquet facilities and sleeping rooms for groups.
• Prepare event orders, contracts, and production requirements.
• Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown with hotel departments.
